โLet Your Light Shineโ The Springfield Business Improvement District (SBID) and Springfield Cultural Partnership (SCP) launched Storefront Springfield to transform vacant downtown storefronts into vibrant public spaces through art.
This two-year project, funded by a MassDevelopment Commonwealth Places Grant and matching funds from public and private sources, brings creative placemaking installations to the Springfield Central Cultural District and SBID.
