In 2019, the Springfield Cultural Partnership revealed the winners of Uplifting, an exciting elevator art project installed at the Springfield City Library, 220 State Street.Â
The artists whose works are installed include Joy Smith, Mariela Chavez and Ryan Murray. The installations are made possible by funding through the Springfield Cultural Council and Mass Cultural Council.
