Kelly Fellner

As Superintendent of Springfield Armory National Historic Site, Kelly is recognized for her strong track record of building partnerships and community, and particularly in developing new and emerging parks in urban areas. Her current responsibilities are to provide direction and leadership to park staff, set and achieve immediate and long-term goals, ensure adherence to principles and laws for cultural and natural resource management, provide quality operations for visitors’ enjoyment and educational experiences, and build relationships and park support with federal, state, and local officials, community partners, business and landowners. Kelly holds a MA in Public History and Museum Administration from Northeastern University, and a BA in History and Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
