Christie Hester-Moore is a life long crafter, mixed media artist and art teacher based out of Western Massachusetts. Craftydoll is a small line of creations designed and handcrafted by Christie. She delights in creating beautiful one of a kind handcrafted dolls, and mixed media art pieces. Her work is often described as retro with a modern twist. Whenever possible she utilizes vintage materials. Her preferred textiles are linen, cotton and wool. When asked her motivation she is quoted as saying, “I just want to create beautiful work that makes people smile and soothes their souls”.
