The Armoury-Quadrangle Civic Association (AQCA) is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1995 by residents of downtown Springfield who wanted to have an organized voice in the city. It is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that represents residents and businesses in the Armoury-Quadrangle neighborhood of downtown Springfield, MA.
