Morgan Drewniany, Executive Director of the Cultural District

Morgan attended Hampshire College with a focus on the intersection of environmental chemistry, public health, and social justice. Her passion for serving all of the population, not just those with a high level of education and privilege, brought her to the field of economic development after graduation. She began her professional career as Assistant Director of the Springfield Business Improvement District, but was pleased to move into the realm of arts and culture as they relate to all fields of growth for Springfield. These differing experiences combine to help to shape Morgan into the true asset she is for the Cultural District.

Dominique Smith, Social Media Marketing Intern

Dominique is a senior at Springfield College with a focus on Business Management. She was born and raised in Springfield, graduating from Cathedral High School. Dominique recently spent a semester in Florence, Italy, where she studied Italian language, cuisine, and oil painting. During her free time, she enjoys to cook, run and volunteer in local fundraisers such as the Rays of Hope walk, where she takes part as a team leader to help raise funds for Breast Cancer research. In the past, Dominique has worked as an intern at Congressman Richard Neal's office. She is excited to be a part of working to improve the Cultural District of her hometown.
